Shipping & Delivery

  • What shipping options are available for US orders? We offer these convenient choices:
    • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20 – Fast delivery for when you can't wait.
    • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Free standard shipping on every order.
    • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – The same reliable free option. Free shipping applies automatically—no minimum order needed. Delivery estimates may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    • Express: 3-6 business days after processing.
    • Standard/Free: 7-14 business days after processing. We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday) and email you a tracking number once shipped.
  • Do you ship outside the US? Currently, we only ship within the United States. Exciting international options coming soon!

Orders & Tracking

  • How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link via email after shipment. Or check your account under "Order History" for updates.
  • What if my order is delayed or has an issue? We work with trusted carriers. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery—we'll sort it out right away.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What's your return policy? Easy returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags and original packaging. Refunds to original payment method (shipping not refunded unless faulty).
  • How do I return or exchange? Log in > "Order History" > Select order > Request Return/Exchange. We'll provide a prepaid label for eligible US returns and support size/color swaps.

Products & Sizing

  • What sizes do you offer? XS–XXL (check product pages for plus-size options). Each item has a detailed size chart with measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Are the clothes good quality? Yes! We prioritize comfortable, stylish fabrics (soft knits, breathable cottons, chic blends) that look amazing and hold up to real life.
